Mobiliyo is a digital record-keeping application designed to help users maintain records related to the purchase and sale of pre-owned mobile phones.

2. No Participation in Transactions

Mobiliyo does not:

• Act as a broker, agent, intermediary, or marketplace.
• Verify ownership of any device.
• Guarantee the authenticity, quality, legality, or condition of any mobile phone.
• Verify the identity of buyers or sellers.

3. User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for:

• Verifying buyer and seller identities.
• Verifying ownership of the device.
• Checking IMEI status.
• Ensuring that devices are not stolen, lost, blacklisted, counterfeit, or disputed.
• Maintaining accurate and lawful records.
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Accuracy of Information

Users are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of information entered into the application.

Mobiliyo does not verify or guarantee the correctness of user-provided information.

5. Limitation of Liability

Mobiliyo shall not be liable for:

• Fraudulent transactions.
• Transactions involving stolen, lost, blacklisted, or disputed devices.
• Financial losses arising from transactions.
• Legal disputes between users.
• Incorrect information entered by users.
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.

Use of the application is entirely at the user's own risk.

All rights related to the Mobiliyo application, including software, branding, design, content, and functionality, remain the exclusive property of Mobiliyo and its licensors.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of the application shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Rajula, Gujarat, India.
